Great things come out of working on students films, and I'm not just talking about the films themselves. I gained the part of Kit in this short film after having worked on a film for which director KaylaAnne Glick was the director of photography.
I enjoyed working with this production team and my cast mate Anna--a very talented young actress. This interesting story is told in under 3 minutes. Click to see the short on Vimeo.

I made it into three episodes of Netflix's original series "Lady Dynamite" starring comedian Maria Bamford (a Duluth native). See below for the episodes and times to see me on your TV screen.
Episode 9 at 12:35 - the best screen time!In this scene we're laughing at the main characters, at first genuinely, and then because things get awkward.
The back of my hair is in this commercial. It was a good hair day, so I wanted to share this with y'all. There was a lot of jumping and cheering while we cheered on the green screen, I mean the home team, in a B-Dubs in St. Paul. Always fun being on sets like this and meeting new people! I was fortunate to be cast in two MCTC shorts this October. I enjoyed working with my cast mates and the up and coming writers and filmmakers. Below is one of the films, "The Handicap Spot" (Dir. Erik Anderson). It's about a film about invisible illness, specifically Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and the errors we make in perception. I love all things Halloween, so it was great to be part of Connor McCarthy's 48 hour film project team! Lots of laughs on screen in this horror/comedy, and many more behind the scenes. My favorite lines are exchanged between the characters Janice Kellerman and Daniel before the aliens come for him. I played a young, hip, interior designer for this print ad that went out to real designers and businesses. One photo was also featured on the Sherwin-Williams website. Check out the picture and also a couple of behind the scenes shots of me in my spiffy glasses.
So Merriam-Webster prefers partyer, but current publications (and I) disagree. Anyway, I was a PA on this set run by TCA Media. I was also a talent, which was fin as we played nerds one minute and posh partiers the next. I think the video was clever and funny. Have a looksy! I've enjoyed doing several shoots and fan page videos for Christelle Womas' company, My Cmora. Her store includes her own designs as well as those of other local designers and wholesalers too. Check out the designs in some of my shots below.
Really, it was just another night on the job. During this segment of Before and After Beauty by EVINE Live, I got to meet some celebs like Karina Smirnoff and Cara Brook of Maskcara, for whom I was modeling. It was a fun night, and I got to keep the make-up kit used on me during the show. Perk!
